Drove down to collect car from here. Arrived to be greeted at door by salesman who then went on to deliver an outstanding experience. Everything was prepared and sale was so straightforward. Thank you Ross for your attention.
Very accomodating. Unfortunately due to reasons that are my own fault, I was unable to get a courtesy car. I was initially quite rude as a result apologies again, but despite this they hurried up the service and MOT for me and accommodated me while I loitered around. Recommend these guys to look after your car.
It's ok as I've not used them before. Will be using their services on Monday so hopefully as good as people say they are. So went back to have the car looked at can't believe how nice the staff were and the best part was they'd cleaned my car inside and out. Top team of people but one person stood out Mike very helpful and friendly on the front reception. I'd recommend that if you need your kia looked talk to Mike.
Good selection, especially of a new model I was specifically looking for as not available in Yeovil... Friendly, knowledgeable staff...
A quick look in the showroom and was warmly welcomed by Ethan. We checked out a few cars to narrow my search. I will return to test drive in 2023.
15th Aug 22, I wanted to book my car in as one of the disc brakes is grinding making the car just about unusable. The service dept informed me the 1st available slot was 17th Sept. My car has been serviced here under warranty for 5 years and this is now typical of this dealers. Typical wait if you want a courtesy car is 2 weeks. Work is typically to a good standard. Eventually. This will be my last KIA.
Absolutely fabulous experience here buying a new car. The salesman we saw was super helpful and professional, not at all pushy unlike some other car sales All in all it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Just taken car into be serviced, again a very positive experience. Staff are super friendly and helpful
Popped into the showroom without an appointment over a quiet lunchtime, yet received instant, courteous attention. Helpful, polite and informative
Great place good staff and not pushey like some car dealers.
Fantastic customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Only slight complaint is wait time but I appreciate that's not their fault if they are super busy and fully booked. Just caused me a few logistical issues. As stated above. The rest is brilliant and can highly recommend
