When you get an invite to a so called VIP event, with the promise of amazing deals and exceptional valuation on your current car. They completely wasted my time with a deal only a fool would take. My car is only 18 months old with only 9k miles and in showroom condition. They want me to take a £20k loss and pay £52k on a new car. That's full retail, so where's the amazing deal?. I've had lots of issues in the past with Eden Mazda Taunton, some have been resolved, but only having to deal directly with Russell, the Managing director, who knows what customer service really is. Yet again feeling disappointed
I have just purchased and collected my 4th Mazda 3 and I just want to say a huge Thank you to the staff at Eden Mazda in Taunton. They have again been extremely helpful and are very professional in what they do. Big thanks to William who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my car, and a thanks to Lee who also assisted in the sale. A great team, highly recommend.
My son and I visited the showroom for our appointment with Stuart. From the moment we walked in all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Stuart’s attentiveness was customer service at its very best! I was a little concerned about our visit beforehand, but was soon made to feel welcome and comfortable. Stuart went above and beyond with my son, spending time with him and getting to know and understand him. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and will certainly look at using them for my own car when I look to change it. I left feeling very impressed, valued and satisfied that all our questions were answered. Car ordered by Stuart so my son is beyond excited. Thank you. Mazda, Stuart is a credit to you! Look after him!
I cannot rate Eden Mazda Taunton highly enough. I have just purchased and collected my 5th Mazda vehicle. Throughout the whole process the staff have been professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I found the right model of car and were exceptionally patient and understanding when I changed my mind! Their goal was to see me leave a happy customer and that is exactly what happened today. Thank you to Lee, Connor and the rest of the Taunton team. You blew my socks off and some!
Just bought a car from these guys. Will, the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our first dealings were with Niam who told us of sales event happening this weekend, he was personable and not a pushy salesman and made us want to come back. Always great service here
Wonderful customer service from both Lee and Stuart. Initially disappointed that the car we went to see was not quite as expected but Lee spent some considerable time to come up with a solution. Stuart patiently explained all the knobs and buttons! Half of which I have already forgotten but feel confident to make a phone call to Stuart if needed. Nice coffee and overall a very pleasant experience. One happy MX5 owner.
I have been several times to Mazda Taunton and I just have to share my experience. Dean Gillard, James Flory, Lee Hoskin were absolutely brilliant in describing the car I was considering buying. They described the car in every possible way and answered all of my questions/concerns with ease. Sofie Summered on the service desk was also amazing. I’m on my 4th Mazda……why?………because I trust the brand and the people

Wonderful customer service from the Servicing team here. Lauren in particular, who despite being new, was extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.
