I live 3 hours away from Taunton, but Sean and the team had the car delivered to me for free just so that I could test drive it - with no paperwork and just a small refundable holding fee. It was delivered on time, and Barry the delivery driver was really nice. He said if you don’t like it for any reason, it’s no problem I’ll just drive it back. But I loved it and so did the family. We also got a good deal on the part-ex which Barry drove back to Taunton. Staggeringly good service. Definitely get a car from these guys
We had a fantastic experience buying a car here this week. Joey was fantastic, providing us a video walkaround upon reserving the car online, ensuring the car had all the features we were expecting of the model. He also really clearly talked us through the extra options available and the paperwork. This is the first time we've bought a car through a dealership and expected it to be stressful but it wasn't at all - there was absolutely none of the stereotypical pushiness. Excellent customer service.
We decided to buy our next car from a main dealership as we have had good experiences with our local ford dealership. unfortunately ours didn't have the car we wanted at the time but we found one at foray in Taunton. We got in touch with sales and spoke with Connor Campbell he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car we wanted which wasnt even a ford vehicle we got a Nissan qashqai after a few set backs at first we eventually got everything sorted and now have the car we wanted. Also spoke to Hollie in sales too who was very helpful whilst Connor was away for a few days.
We dealt with Holly who was professional, very knowledgeable and keen to make sure our new vehicle would suit our needs. We were kept well informed on vehicle delivery and every step of the process was thoroughly and clearly explained. Handover was detailed and proficient - Holly has a real enthusiasm which is so refreshing. This experience was so positive and unlike usual main dealer experiences. We would not hesitate to recommend.
Would like to thank Holly for an amazing experience purchasing my new family car. I could not recommend her enough. She is polite, courteous and a breath of fresh air. Explained my circumstances after having a newborn baby and needing to keep the payments low. Holly went above and beyond and even stayed past her working hours to get the paperwork sorted on the day of purchase. The handover was excellent and will be returning to Holly in the future for any future car exchanges/purchases!
Really good service. In fact I deal with a lot of main dealers a lot and they all frustrate usually and timescales are very long especially for warranty work. This Ford operate very efficiently for service.
Foray Motor Group Taunton Review is for Robert Dyer, my brilliant Sales person. I've wanted a Ford Puma for a while and although I had initially gone to another manufacturer dealership to look at a different car, I felt I had travelled far for nothing. This place happened to be right across from a vauxhall dealership. So I walked over to Foray Ford Motor company, I was greeted by a really cheary happy sales guy named Rob, I knew I wanted a puma, and there was 5 on the forecourt, others on there website from other branches, but I actually loved one on the forecourt, it the exact colour I wanted too. With it being quite late in the day, as I did only go to Taunton to test drive a vauxhall with another dealer, wasn't for me, so that's how I ended up at Ford. Firstly and he really didn't have to, but after a chat about the Puma, we arranged I come back the following day for a test drive, Rob then offered to drive me back to the train station, I then gave him the time of the train for the next day and there he was again to collect me, in the car I was to test drive, which was a great idea. The test drive went as I expected it to, its a Ford, I've had many in the past and never been disappointed and I have never owned a Puma before. Rob was extremely informative on the test drive and once we was back to the dealership. I happily paid a £99 deposit. Rob then drove me back to Taunton train station, so very kind on all occasions, just an extra special touch, in some ways. So the day came for me to collect my car, only yesterday. Rob collected me again. Got to the dealership, the handover went smoothly. Rob made my sale possible because of how he approached me on the forecourt that first day, and his knowledge and personality, yes he is a Sales guy and they are there to sell cars, but for me my experience was 5*. Really happy with everything Rob did. I called him once I drove my new car back home as I was so excited and wanted to thank him for everything. So much more I could say, but il leave it here. You have a great sales guy at your Taunton branch. Thank you
I purchased a car from here recently and the process was smooth from start to finish, I dealt with Holly and Marc during the process and they were both very helpful and imformative on the car, they answered any questions I had and made the process feel extremely easy. Would definitely reccomend.
The very professional sales person who clearly knows all there is to know about the vehicles available, spent time with me and fully answered my questions. No pressure was put on me and I learnt all there was to know and what I needed to know before placing an order. A first class experience with a sales person who paid exquisite attention to my needs.
Brilliant service from Sean Evans and his assistant Holly on new years Eve. We found the ford Kuga we liked online and went to Taunton Ford to take a look. Sean was very helpful and not pushy. They offered us a decent part Ex price for our old car and we purchased the ford Kuga and drove away the same day. Thank you.
