We have just had our Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 serviced.. The customer service we received from Service team and especially Liam was outstanding!. Liam went above and beyond to ensure that the personal service that he gave us was excellent.The communication before, during and the after service was spot on. The service video that was emailed was reassuring to see that everything was carried out to a high standard. We send our thanks and would highly recommend Howard's Peugeot, Taunton.
Fantastic vehicle service from drop off to collection. The customer service was also exceptional with frequent communication from the Howards team and even went the extra mile at the end to valet my car. I am very happy and would highly recommend this service.
I recently bought my first EV through Howards Taunton. I knew very little about EVs and the salesperson Brad helped to bring me up to speed. It did take 6 months from ordering until delivery but that was out of their hands. When the car Peugeot 2008 was delivered Brad and the team seemed as excited as I was which made the unveiling very special. Brad then took me through everything on the car a lot of stuff and I was very grateful for this. Thank you Howards and in particular Brad for all your help and support.
Our car went in for its first service yesterday. Had great customer service. Booking in fairly straight forward, was able to book a waiting appt as I can’t get back home. When I dropped the car of I was told roughly how long it would be, and it was pretty spot on. The car was returned to me cleaned inside and out - Bonus! Also got a text link with an electronic copy of the service report. Was also handed a paper copy and had it explained to me in a straight forward manner.
I have used Howards Peugeot Taunton for servicing for 8 years now and have always found them to be very good. The team, no matter who I have dealt with, have always provided great customer service and the communication you receive is just how it should be. Well done Howards.
The entire process of buying the new Hyundai car was excellent, smooth and satisfactory. We got a very comfortable treatment with fast delivery of our car, which was before the waiting period. Mr.Charlie was very honest and sincere towards his job and provided each and every information pertaining to the features of the car and also explained in detail about its features.
Howards Peugeot, Taunton have always been a very pleasant company to work with and my latest bit of business was up to the usual standard. The booking service online is good. Reception is excellent and professional and although I had not booked a lift into Taunton, as it was raining on the day I dropped off a lift was arranged with no hassle which is always nice and the driver was very pleasant. Excellent service.
My experience at Howards Peugeot was a very pleasant one. Our car was in for a MOT which was performed promptly whilst my wife and i went shopping. I was informed when the MOT was complete and to our surprise the vehicle had also been washed and cleaned inside and out as part of the service. A very good service in my opinion and a place we will continue to have both our vehicles MOT’s at in the future.
The date and time of my booking was as requested. I arrived and was assigned a courtesy car which unfortunately was a manual when it was agreed that I would have an automatic. The fuel in the car was very low less than a 100 mile range left in the tank and when I pointed this out I was told that this information was known to them. When I returned to collect the car I was afforded the opportunity to enjoy the refreshments. I selected to have a hot chocolate but alas the cup filled with water and no chocolate. I thought this was some error however it happened a second time. Other than these hiccups, I received excellent service. The staff were very polite and efficient. If the agreement of the courtesy car with fuel was kept I would have recorded a 5 star experience.
