Flat out rude. Didn't want to entertain the fact the car had an oil leak. Mostly just shacks and cowboys. Avoid

They are nice only if you agree with them and become bullies when you show them how bad their service is. Bunch of liars just to push a sale through.
Sold a car with a following list of failures:
No brake lights (all 3 gone).
Top and bottom engine covers missing, same with wheel lining and bumper cover.
Track rod ends lose
Balljoint lose
Abs and airbag lights on
Egr valve stuck open
Perished brake caliper seal 
Brake fluid on caliper
Starter motor on last leg
Seized hand brake (engaged)
Lose rear trailing arm rubbers
Hacked injectors (double seals, bent clamps, smashed intake manifold)
One tire to small (215/50 instead of 225/50)
Two tires had nails in and deflated in less than 12 hours. Those were low when I got there so sellers were aware of this
I have called before taking a 200 miles trip and was told that the car had few failures (scratch, broken mirror and higher mileage), but was assured that the car is in good condition.
This car was not road legal, trading standards notified.
Be very aware what you sign, as they sneaked a paper for me to sign stating that I was aware that all parts of the vehicle have failures , thus removing any warranty.

Absolutely disgusting service, sold is a car that was unbelievably un-Road worthy. They gave us a fake m.o.t certificate. Do not trust had to threaten with legal action to get my money back. Also when I called and asked them what are you going to do about this fake certificate they replied with, which one? Says it all

Bought a Suzuki Swift, with a slipping clutch, (which I was made well aware of before I purchased the car), within a week the clutch went. I took it back to MDM- Motor group, and my car was fixed to a very high standard within 24 hours. Excellent communication, more than reasonably priced cars & friendly & welcoming staff. Would 100% buy another car from here.
