Viewed Kia Rio online. Called and spoke with Ian who was more than helpful, He arranged for delivery of car as we lived too far away to collect, he also sorted out the tax for us. I spent quite some time discussing all the details of the car over phone and was reassured by Ian that it would be a lovely car. I bough a Suzuki Swift from Ian a few weeks ago and overall I'm super happy with the car. Ian was very helpful and made the process very smooth. The car is great and was a competitive price. One of the keys was not working, but Ian ordered batteries to be delivered to my home address going above and beyond. The key still isn't working despite the new batteries, but that's only a small inconvenience and I appreciate the lengths he went to. I would definitely buy from Ian again.
Recently, I made a purchase of a Mercedes Benz ML350 from Ian at Eagle Car Centre. Ian was exceptionally accommodating and even provided transportation for me from the train station. Overall, I am pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend their services.
Overall great car buying experience from Eagle Car Centre. We bought a 2.5 year old Dacia Duster it was in almost perfect condition for a good price. Small dent in the side was noticed once we got it home which was slightly annoying but it wasn't a brand new car so these things are to be expected. We were given plenty of time to look at the car before we purchased it and we're able to take it for a test drive. Can't comment on part exchange as we sold our old car privately.
An exceptional service from Ian I can’t thank him enough his help. I had to travel by train to get to Leeds but Ian offered to pick me up from the station which was a massive help. My car came with a years MOT, no advisories, and I was able to purchase a years warranty also. Ian did all of the paper work for me with tax, the logbook in the office and handed over all the paperwork related to the car and the receipts, before pulling up my car for me to drive away in. I’ve had to deal with a lot of shady car dealers in my time and Ian is NOT one of them. Thank you!
Recently brought a Honda CR-V from Ian @ Eagle Car Centre. Ian was dealing with a customer when I got there but he was polite and courteous to let me know he would be with me as soon as he could. All paperwork was done quickly. Would definitely recommend.
