I can only say what a top, top bloke Ian is from Eagle car centre, Leeds... my old car engine blew up which persuaded me to get a new car... I can honestly say the moment I met Ian I knew I wasn’t dealing with the average car dealer... I don’t know if their is such thing as a honest friendly car salesman? But if their is, his name would be Ian... thanks again Ian for dealing with everything whilst I was at work... your a gentleman. Thank you.... Bob J

I have recently purchased a car from Eagle Car Centre. I'm not normally bothered abut leaving reviews but it seems with the motor trade people love to leave bad reviews complaining about places but don't bother when they are happy. I dealt with Ian who is a really friendly, down to earth bloke. He told me everything I wanted to know about the car and gave me plenty of time to look it over without being pushy. The car was as described and presented nicely and had obviously been looked after. Having done my research and checked the prices of similar cars I knew it was what I wanted and the price was more than fair so I went for it. What an easy, straightforward car buying experience. No messing about and playing silly games like I've experienced before at other places. The car is great and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anybody else. Thanks Ian!

Awful experience, wasted hours out of my day going to see a vauxhall astra... the owner takes all his pictures, avoiding any defects to the vehicle which was annoying when i made the journey over to his dealership to then realise the car in question had ripped seats, dents and more importantly it had clearly been involved in a crash and not reported...bodged back together, when this was showen to the owner he simply said " i dont know" ... and walked away from me.... surely being told a vehicle you had just bought had been in a crash might make you take a second look.....but no, he clearly knew all about it... and finally he was very keen on telling me multiple times that the car was from a big mansion in sheffield with an indoor pool... as if this means anything to a potential buyer... all in all the owner and dealership are a joke, useless and a waste of time. Just a word of warning.

Definitely not to consider or to trust... Bought a car which showed a red light only 4 days after driving it. Took it back for repair as he declined to give me a refund, the man kept and used the car (to see if the light came up again, was his own excuse). Collected the car on Sat and in less than 24hrs the light was back on. Definitely NEVER again and I would NOT recommend to anyone!!!

On 5.04.17 I bought my car from here. Ian was pleasant throughout the sale. I took the car home the same day. The battery on the car was dead so they jump started it and told me not to turn the engine off and give it a good run home from Leeds to York and it will be fine. They said it was because it had been sat around for awhile. However I gave it longer and I turned the engine off when it was on my drive. I went to turn it back on 10 mins later to go out and it was completely dead. It would not jump start. I phoned them straight away and his attitude had suddenly changed. He was not interested in helping me and said i had to get the car back to them in Leeds. I Live in York! He said he would get the battery which cost him £36.00. He was not willing to let me go to my Local garage to get it fixed and pay for it. The next morning I had to pay for a taxi to get my daughter to school and to work. My ex came round to sort it while I was at work. He took the battery to a garage and they tested it...It was completely dead it wouldn't have made it back to Leeds even if it was jump started. Ian said he would pay me £36.00 and no more because that is what the battery cost him. The battery I bought cost me £52.00 All this to save £16.00! He has never paid me the £36.00. They should have got in their car and drove to my house to sort the situation out. If your in business when you get a problem you sort it! They are not a trustworthy business. Their customer service is disgraceful and i will never use them again.
