Vertu leeds incorrectly charged us for an MOT that was covered under the NHS Fleet on 4 October2023. They have recognized this error but still have not refunded the charge over 6 months later. We have wasted our time calling to speak to a customer services and have been passed from pillar to post. Emails have got us nowhere. We have emailed the Head of Customer Services, despite promises to call us back we’ve not heard anything. Not only are we out of pocket, we have wasted hours trying to get hold of Vertu Leeds. Disgraceful and dishonest service. Postscript- Jade from customer services contacted us after this review and promptly took action to refund the money.
Worst service centre ever. Lots of folks wandering around being polite, but no grasp of detail and what makes good customer service. You have to chase repeatedly for updates. No details of faults are passed on effectively. So you spend all the time managing the staff, instead of them sorting issues out for you. I dread having to use the place.

Latest - So got the car back from Jaguar Leeds Sheepscar, with a bill of 795 which was paid on the spot. I asked for full Vat invoice with parts and costs. I was told the Invoice was not generated yet. However its been over a week now and still have no invoice. I am wondering if they really replaced the parts or just charged me £795.. You can see below that the cost was increase 3 times from 170 to 995 then back to 795 on 3 consecutive days. I think its a scam if no invoice have been generated even after a week History - The car, 2019 jaguar i-pace, 23k on Clock first went in for a recall to do with battery module. Recall completed but day after I started getting battery traction issues, which rendered the car useless so was towed to jaguar leeds. Vertu were so unhelpful so rude and not bothered. Turns out there was a "new" and "un-related" problem with the car's small 12v battery.I explained this fault has never happened before and had only happened now after the Recall work was completed. Vertu Jag leedsscothall first quoted £171 + vat for repair, basically a new battery. 1 day later this became £695 + vat apparently now it needed a battery control unit. A day later it became £990 as the price for parts were quoted low on previous day. They seriously dont know what they doing and I am very suspicious of the per day price rises in repair.. I have lost all trust in vertu jaguar leeds.. horrible dealership. I would not recommend to Anyone. I was a loyal Jag/ Land Rover customer, curretly have an Ipace, SVR and a Vogue.. Moving away as soon as I can.
Absolute shambles when I took my car in for service. Service lanes not in use, messed up tyre pressures, remote app stopped working while they had the car which needed a full InControl reboot and I had to wait around for.. I gave 3 months notice of wanting to speak with an InControl technical expert but none available when I got there. Not a single apology. Awful customer service all around.
Title: Extremely Poor Customer Service I currently have my car for repairs at Leeds Jaguar, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. My car had a fault, and I have been trying to reach out to them for the past three days, but to no avail. Every time I call, the phone rings endlessly, and no one answers. On the rare occasion that someone does pick up, they ask me to leave my number for a call back, which never happens. As a franchise dealership, I expected a much better service. If they are experiencing a shortage of staff, they should consider employing more people to ensure their customers receive the attention they deserve. It's frustrating to be left in the dark and ignored when you are in need of assistance. I hope Leeds Jaguar takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service for the sake of their reputation and future customers. Further to my review I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the Jaguar repair center. I brought my car in for repair over three weeks ago and have had to call every day for an update. Each time, I was passed around from person to person, with no real progress being made. Finally, I received an email stating that my vehicle was ready for collection and went to pick it up this afternoon. To my dismay, as soon as I started the car, the engine management light came on. I immediately went back inside the repair center and was informed that it was just a sensor issue that needed to be ordered. They apologized for wasting my time and assured me that they would prioritize my car once the sensor arrived. However, my frustration doesn't end there. Upon arriving home and parking the car on my driveway, I noticed that it was leaking oil. This is completely unacceptable, especially after being told that a new employee had been working on my car. Why wasn't this issue caught by an experienced mechanic? I have already filed a complaint with the service manager and I am eager to see how they will address this situation. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope that they take my complaint seriously and rectify the issues with my car promptly.

Update: After 1.5 months, the car still not fixed, still waiting for the parts. To top it up, I was called by the person in charge of my case “ Mariam “ as said you have been given a courtesy car for too long now and other customers needs it !!! please we will need it back. Yes, this is the type of service they provide. Sell you a broken car, cant fix it or return it, give u a rental car instead and u will be paying for the car you never drove. 1. Don’t buy an iPace its a joke. Very expensive for nothing, battery broke 4 days after using it and I have been waiting for it to be fixed for the past 1 month now! 2. They said it will take few days to fix and now 1 month and nothing happened. 3. When u call the customer service for an update, they said they will call you back but they didn’t. Please, find another brand better for your nerves
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Jaguar from Vertu. The process from start to finish was a genuine pleasure. With courteous non push sales team providing clear information and communication throughout the buying process. I would certainly purchase from Vertu again and thanks Matthew for making the process simple and enjoyable.
Hugely disappointed. Extremely poor customer service. After purchasing a new car 18 months ago from Vertu Jaguar Leeds, the passenger window sill has recently come loose and is hanging off. I logged this issue with the dealership over 3 months ago, the parts were ordered and my appointment for the repair booked in for July with a courtesy car. The evening before the appointment I got a call from Vertu saying that the courtesy car was not available now, so the repair was rescheduled for 3 weeks later in August. Once again, the evening before my second appointment, Vertu called me with exactly the same reason for needing to cancel the booking - the courtesy car which had been assigned to me was not available. I explained that the car window sill had become more detached and a potential hazard. The appointment was rescheduled for the next earliest time - 4 weeks later in September. To my disbelief, a representative from Vertu rang me two days before my third appointment to ask me why the vehicle was booked in and when I explained, they said that one of the parts was on back order. I don't feel that there has been any customer care or consideration for the situation. Not happy about the service and treatment I'd received over the last 3 months, I asked to speak to the general manager. The customer service representative told me that the manager would call me back as soon as they were off the other line. This was last week and I am still waiting for a call from the general manager and my car is still in need of repair.
