One of The worst place to have GP. Appointed times are never keep on time. I came 5 minutes before apointed time and when I asked when was my turn receptionist told me oh dr Harold is always late. One more person before you. So I spent another 30 minutes waiting. I came with 8 months baby bleeding 2 or 3 times a week from his nose and she said Is nothing to worry about it. Like this is normal period in baby’s life. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not a good doctor surgery. Reception personnel are rude and not very helpful. Please fire or change them to improve the service you are providing.

Have been with the Surgery for 20 years, I usually see Dr Essa - I cannot praise him enough. I know the whole surgery is massively over worked, but every problem I've had to date has been sorted so quickly. Even when I was only being treated as a visitor whilst at university, Dr Essa referred me to a specialist straight away. When I was much younger, he helped me put through numerous appeals to the funding board for a treatment I needed. Sad to see negative reviews on here, I think people forget too easily how rushed and overworked GPs are these days!
