This surgery is a disappointment. Regardless of how long it takes them to answer the phone, when you do get through to them the response is "you have to book your appointment on the day" when asked if I could book in advance I was told "There aren't any appointments available until the end of May" which is absolutely ridiculous. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to attend an appointment on the same day and making patients wait an entire month or longer because they want to book an appointment in advance is a joke.

I think there's some improvement in the surgery now, waited on the phone for a while but when it was my turn there was no more appointment left. I was offered an appointment for the next day which wasn't that bad, at least not a week or two like before so they have improved.

Takes a while for them to answer the phone, no appointments for weeks unless you call up in the morning then they can see you the same day, great for the unemployed.

I wouldnt even give this surgery a single star. My wife is registered here and she tried to book an appointment. Firstly, the reception staff is so rude they hung up on her when she tried to book an appointment. Next time she managed to get a phone appointment with the doctor as her medical condition got severe. The doctor didnt even call during the slot my wife was given. This is so rediculous. Not sending my wife there again!!

Most of the Doctors are attentive and sympathetic. What lets this surgery down is the Reception staff. A few are nice, but some are just plain rude and unhelpful. If you have no time for people, if you can't greet us with a smile and talk to us with a little common decency, don't work as a receptionist! Besides that, expect to sit on hold for 10 minutes and having to listen to the most grating recorded telephone message I've heard to date each time you try to call!
