Been sick for 3 months and finally managed to speak with a doctor. She was rattling off stats from a blood test which I already had seen. When attempting to tell her my symptoms she told me to be quiet. I eventually managed to speak and explained my symptoms, she told me that she did not know about them as they had not been recorded and got me booked in for an emergency scan. Avoid this place if you can. Clearly understaffed and those who are working there are too busy to care about the general needs of their patients. Would give 0 stars if I could
The perfection approach taken in the treatment in my legs by the Nurse Jade. On behalf of Ian Sampson one of your patient in St Philips care home Wokingham.
Doctors won't issue prescriptions ...requested 3 times , twice through pharmacy then at the reception. Doctor cant be bothered to sign the prescription, so pharmacy cannot issue. For over 6 days I have been without my medication. Pharmacy is embarrassed on their behalf but cannot do anything about it. Avoid avoid avoid ... so unprofessional staff
I am in terrible pain and I don't get appointments from GP. once I missed a call and I was just a second away from lifting the call and they didn't try to call me againas per rules they need to call twice if a patient missed the call. This is ridiculous , I have to call them again and again. They are not serving the patients with the good medical advise and follow-up sessions. They are making peoples suffering more progressed and more worst.
Run away from this place at all cost! There is nothing worst than this. Poor staff, poor service, they don't know what they are doing. Just can't believe I took so long insisting in there. Always a mess, there is no communication, everyone grumpy all the time, you schedule a time in one place, when you take the day to be there, there is always a different message for going to the other surgery, nurses rude in every single experience in there, horrible phone consultation rushing you to close the call. There should be a quality assessment in those place, as there is no way this can be running. A true shame.
I would give 0 stars the worse gp never help with any thing and they don't know even how to talk with patients they shouting at us and hung up the call while we talking and trying to explain to them .
AVOID!! They lie, don’t know anything useful and if they don’t like how the conversation is going they simply hang up on you after waiting over an hour on the phone! Bloody awful.
If I could give minus stars I would. Don’t bother signing up for this GP - the staff doctors, nurses and receptionists are rude and won’t help you at all with anything, will just waste your time and energy.
This surgery is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Can get appointments, and if you do they somehow mess it up as well. Getting referrals or any paperwork from them is even worse waiting for weeks and all you get is call back in a week. An absolute shambles of a surgery.
If i could give less than 1 star i would. Prior to having my children I would not have worried about the long wait time to book an appointment, the rude staff both reception and medical and the non existent online booking system. However over the past 2 years of having my twins I have been constantly disgusted with the level of incompetence shown by all members of staff. When one of my girls was constantly ill at 6 months old, never was it once suggested to change formula etc or have any tests done. As first time parents we were left to Google for reasons why our baby was exhibiting such symptoms and were only provided with a telephone call by the Dr. During this telephone call the Dr consistently interrupted my queries and concerns and generally wanted to end the call. When I suggested changing to lactose free formula this was dismissed as an over-reaction, despite not giving any other ideas. I went with the lactose free and within 1 day our baby was back to normal - without any assistance from the Dr i was relying upon. ...and on the story goes with various other similar issues. Some of which include appointments where Dr's seemed shocked the girls were twins despite being in a prebooked appointment and constantly getting their sex wrong during most instances. The straw that broke the camels back however, has happened recently and I have been astounded with our treatment.... Both girls have been having 'issues' with their nappies I will spare you the details! for weeks without any other symptoms. We decided to err on the side of caution and speak to a Dr. The Dr again seemed disinterested despite the fact it was happening to both children and that we had tried going back to a 'bland' diet, despite the girls being happy to eat most things. It was at my insistence that samples be sent off to find the cause rather than the Dr wishing to be of any help. We collected stool sample pots - having to go through issues because only x1 was supplied, as only x1 report was made for x1 child - despite explaining on multiple occasions that both children had the issue. Samples were given back to the surgery the day after - I had to request the details sheet to be put with them and a label to be put on them with names/address etc!! We then dutifully waited a week before beginning to call for an update. we made calls for a further 4 days for updates. Each time we called we were told the samples were at the lab and results should be back soon. 2 weeks later we were finally offered an update call from a Dr..... The Dr again asked about my 'son', huffed and puffed about how the delay was not her fault and had no natural inclination to assist in any way. I had to ask that she chased up the lab to see if the samples had actually arrived, like we were told they had - they hadn't! We then had to request further sample pots to go through the entire thing again, all the while with 2 year old twins with constant bowel issues. Long story short, do not trust your families with this surgery.
