Rubbish. Ring for emergency appointment 2day in a row to be told theres none 3rd day was told 5:20pm which was perfect got there 10mins early to be told the receptionist booked it for 3:30pm instead. Was told to rebook and for the week after which is totally unacceptable. Was rushed to hospital same night in ambulance due to same reason I dragged myself to the doctors for earlier in the day. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Unhelpful and rude staffs I handed over my Medical form for taxi license on last 29th of August 2017 which has to be filled by the GP. I was told to leave my phone number and a brief note to the GP regarding what needs to be done which i did. I never had a phone call regarding this which made me concerned as i have to submit the medical to the licensing authority on 04/09/17. whenever i called them i was told that it is still with the GP and its not ready for collection and been told that i need to wait until i get a phone call. I went in person on 01/0917 to find out what was going on then the staff who was at the reception told that its still not ready and we told you to wait until you get a phone call from us. I do understand that i have to wait till i get a phone call from the surgery. However, non of the staff who were in the reception apart from 1 lady who took the application were helpful. I was stressed out as i have to submit the application on 4/09/17 and its still not ready. finally I went again on 4/09/17 at about 10.10 am and there was an unhelpful staff member who was at the reception and asked all the detail and told that its still not ready. i explained the whole thing to her and also said that i got to submit it today (4/09/17) so could you please go and ask the doctor. She didn't even bothered to go and look for it she said its nothing showing up in the system so its still not available. I asked her are you sure?, she said yes i cannot do anything as im saying that its still not here aggressively. i went home and decided to give them a call assuming somebody else will pick up the phone and will be helpful. But unfortunately the same staff picked up the phone and asked were you here 10 minutes ago. i said yes i was there and can i please have my application back as i see there is no progress. she said she can't find it. then i asked her could you please ask the doctor or ask the doctor to give me a call and left my number. after 10 mins i had a call from the doctor who was very helpful and told that it was ready from last week and i don't understand why our staff couldn't find it. i thanked him and said that i will go now to collect it. when i went again, there was another staff who was trying to say the same thing that it wasn't there. i told her to go and check it or ask from the doctor as i literally got a phone call from the doctor saying it was ready by last week. finally the staff member could find it and gave me the application without even apologizing. i had wasted my time and the phone call and also i have to cancel my appointment as it was to late to submit. I have the names of all the staff members who served me which i don't want to mention here but i can provide their names upon request.

Receptionist are rude and belittle me every time i go there the doctor barely even try its like they just want you to leave they make no effort at all would never recomend any one to go to this surgery it truely is a joke of a practition and frankly im supprised it hasnt been shut down they all lie about dates and times of appointment they say there busy when you call them but it says your at cue possition but it take 15 - 20 mins to answer and even when i was in the middle of a asthma attack and was tryin to get inhalers they refused to speak to me and everyone i know who goes to this surgery say they are terrible honestly worse doctors iv been to in my life

WORST surgery ever!!!!!! Rude and useless receptionistists (who think they have been medical school!!) I actually spoke to dr Mittal and he was VILE!! Doctors prescribe the wrong amount of medication Waiting times to be seen when your early and for your medications is dreadful They charge you to print of any blood test results. They don't tell you if your overview for your medication is due even when you have been prescribed tablets and when you request them they refuse until you book a docs appointment IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REGISTER WITH A SURGERY. AVOID THIS ONE!!!!
