The doctors and nurses are usually good and a couple of the receptionists too. Unfortunately there are other receptionists who let this surgery down. They are rude and unhelpful; one has even said to me, "why can't you book the day off work?" All because I had to change an appointment for my son (all done in good time, I hasten to add).

Literally the worst organized doctors surgery I have ever used. They use a completely chaotic booking system which means you often have to wait well over a week for an appointment or stay on the phone at 8am for over an hour to book the same day. Really poor It has also taken them over two months to get my records from the previous doctors surgery (Brookside, which were superb) so they can't even tell me when asthma medicine that I require. Couple that with their rude doctors, they are an absolutely terrible practice

Have been using the practice for 30 years and they have always been so helpful and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment but I have always been seen quickly when I have really needed it. The new online booking is great and I use it all the time.. Generally outstanding service by everyone in the practice.

It is hard to get an appointment by phone in the morning but can't fault the staff, they all are caring and helpful.
