Found service is good but with 7 or more G.P's in house I thought they could take a rota to cover 7 days every week , not just half a day Saturdays every 2 weeks . Lets face it illness doesn't happen only Monday to Friday, & if you work in Healthcare service you have to be available , I know Hospitals are 24/7 but usual opening hours 7 days would be more acceptable for reasonable cover with so many patients onboard.

Finding it extremely difficult to get medication that is prescribed and on repeat prescription actually dispensed. Some serious internal problems.

The reception staff are so very very helpful and friendly you won't find any better. The doctors are so good nothing is too much trouble. I would not like to have to go to any other surgery as this place is second to none.

all the doctors are lovely, very knowledgeable and helpfull The receptionist need sacking , they rarely smile , or are nice , they have very brash old voices, i can apprecitate it must be annoying dealing with a lot of foreign patients with bad english but i couldn't be any more english if i tried and they are not approachable , nor pleasant to talk to . I think it's time to hire some younger much happier receptionist that will be much more able to deal with computers as well as they all seem to crumble at the slightest hiccup on the system . Time to retire Receptionists !
