Let’s hope bringing in Rapid Health makes Ringmead RAPID!! It took me half an hour to get through to make an appointment for my mum yesterday. Started at 11th in the queue ‍nLast time I went into the Yorktown practice no one was there and the receptionist was picking her nose not the most hygienic or pleasant thing to see
Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a medical practice. Appointment 10:50 waited in the queue to check in until 11:03. A very careless receptionist just pleased it’s not my usual practice. Still sat here 11:30
Terrible surgery. The so called new update is worse than the old one so back to calling 8am no20 in line…. Most normal people start work between 8-9 and don’t have an hour to sit on hold as the online system told me it couldn’t help and to call to be on hold for 45 mins…. for the receptionist to answer and to tell me to go back to the online system and then she hung up!
I was discharged from hospital today and my gp practice was asked to make appointments for injections to be given every 2 days.nThey have refused to do this because as the receptionist informed me these appointments are booked up weeks in advance.nWell I didn't think I'd end up in A & E weeks ago needing an appointment.nShe then rudely told me to gi back to the hospital. Absolutely disgraceful patient care
