Since the surgery merger the wait times for an appointment have increased slightly. However, the doctors are great and the receptionists have always been helpful and approachable- even at busy periods. They also offer an online booking service and have some longer hours than 9-5.

Since Whitley Villa surgery merge with this surgery centre. My letters from hospital/consultant don't arrived or not on time. Referral letters sent to wrong hospitals. Or never do. Secretary very non responsive don't think they know what there doing. I miss just when Whitley Villa was on its own. It's been 6 months since I need to be seen by neuroscience but still they haven't managed to re send the referral to the right Dr in oxford.

Great doctors who have worked really hard to support me and get access to specialist treatment for a long standing injury. Would highly recommend this practice :)

The Stars are just for the Great Doctores and Nurses..Receptionists are so rude and unhelpful.Two times I got appointments from the receptionists, but when I got there the nurse refused to do the test because the receptionists should not have given the appointments in the first place.
