Have been registered at this surgery for at least the last 5 years and if anything the service is only getting worse. The staff, as lovely as they are, are clearly under pressure; as I am writing this I have been on hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone about an appointment. Although convenient being able to see someone on bank holidays and weekends (when you get through), you're better off going as a walk-in and waiting with a ticket than supposedly getting "preferential treatment" as a registered patient. One star for the kind and caring staff, but the rest of it is a joke. Update: Finally got through at 45 minutes and was told the earliest appointment they have is two weeks from today.

I went in on a Monday morning after my own medical practice had no spaces left for the day. I was seen within 5 minutes by a friendly nurse. Obviously it may have been a different experience had it been busy but my experience was very pleasant

My partner and I have been with this surgery for 3-5 years and regret it! I tried making an appointment yesterday 27/02/18 and was only (sarcasm) hold for 1hr 30mins I gave up in the end. Called this morning to make an appointment to be on hold AGAIN for 30mins, after being on hold and making a appointment to be told I'm in active cause I've not seen the Dr since November 2017. I don't see the Dr for the sake of it I see the Dr cause I need too!! So admin tells me I have to re-register and bring proof of identity and fill out forms... Bare in mind that it took them 2yrs to get my date of birth correct! I would avoid this surgery if you possibly can as if it had the plague of death! To be fair you'd probably be better off with the plague .. Dr's are very abrupt, arrogant and rude especially the receptionists apart from one (Jess) she is very understanding and she was even shocked about how I was treated and she even tried to get my date of birth changed! I never seem to see the same Dr which is very frustrating 😤 cause always had to explain over and over again cause they can't be arsed to read the notes! Would give this zero stars but had to put one to generate a form! MUST AVOID REGISTERING OR EVEN FOR A WALK IN CLINIC WASTE OF TIME

It is very rare I am seen at my appointment time, on numerous occations I've waited atleast 30 minutes minimum after my booked time, at times nearly an hour !The screen used to book in often doesn't work. I was in the queue for 8 mins with a small child to then be refused to be seen by a Doctor Singh because I was 'late'. Reception would have seen and known I was waiting in the queue as I was only 2 from front! I was then told I should have just come up to the front instead of waiting ! I have been registered there for years and have always queued to check in when self check in screen is out of order, which often is! I had even left work early and even paid for parking for the sake of 2 minutes ! Worst doctors I've been registered to and to get an appointment is a joke! Half the time the doctors don't know why you've booked an appointment even though receptionist insist on asking the reason for booking. So what's the point in asking? Too many patients and not able to cater for them. Awful customer service ! I see a different doctor each time and only one found to have a nice warning nature. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but you have to in order to submit a review!
