I'm sat in the sergory as I write this. So iv walked in and politely said hello to the receptionists. One was on the phone so that was fine but the other was simply looking at paper work, and said nothing. The other woman then came off the phone and ignored me to talk to the other woman with the paperwork. So I waited for another 30 odd seconds for them to acknowledge me but nothing at all. I mean the women didn't even raise their heads up to look. Absolutely discussing attitudes.The time of this incident and he receptionist can be tracks by using the time this was posted with their shifts. Also waiting times are normally atrocious and they make u wait on one area. Then ur names called to go and sit outside the doctors where u then wait to be called by the doctor. Why not just call our names when they are actually ready!!! Pathetic but its the closest sergory to me and I see them with regards to ongoing back operation I had. so really not impressed. I would give 0 stars as its been like this for years. But you have to in order to comment.

Rude and unhelpful receptionists I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. The doctor's are very good and helpful but the front of house staff are not trained to deal with the public. Disgraceful.

It takes a lot for me to write such a bad review. But I have experienced the worse customer service ever. The average waiting time on the phone is between 10 and 15 minutes. You need to call at a specific time if you want an early or late appointment otherwise they won't offer them to you. Tests results can only be obtained between 2pm and 4pm but with the waiting time on the phone you probably won't get them. And when we finally got an appointment, the doctor was judgmental and condescending. Bottom line is don't go there if you can avoid it.

Nobody ever picks up the phone, they mess up even the simplist of requests. They messed up my repeat prescription for my inhalers so the records show I don't even have the condition - making it so much harder to get my medication because I have to go through hoops for them to understand. Incompetent.

I have tried twice to get an appoinment online. By the look of things there is no way to book an appoinment online. Even I went there and they could not book an appoinment for the complete week. You should avoid registering in this place.
