I've been to London Fenchurch street and it's a nice station, a decent selection of shops,toilets and lifts for elders I'm giving it 5 stars

Helpful, friendly staff. Decent selection of shops to buy food and basic needs. Toilets always seem clean.

If you walking to tower hill be sure to select the correct exit from Fenchurch Street. Exit the train and use the stairs in the centre of the platform. 

Toilets and Burger King at the main entrance /exit.
Coffee and snack available at either entrance /exit
