Got the best car ever! Thanks to everyone at Vauxhall was brilliant service. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Don't look any further then here for cars they literally are fab! Thanks especially to Rory and Kris who all had an input in buying such a great car! But overall the lady that ordered my car Charlie , she was brilliant got everything I asked for and more! Thanks so much to you all will definitely be returning for future cars thanks guys!

I called in a seen a very pleasant man by the name of Barry Hunt who shown me a car and then gave me a test drive that was long enough to see if the car suited me and explained everything that I needed to know, and yet managed to stay quiet enough so I soaked in the driving sensation of the car. He was just what a buyer needed answered all questions and let the car sell itself a wonderful old type salesman polite knowledgeable and a gentleman thank god there are still some of you out there,I recommend this garage as your first stop and it will save you wasting time in other garages that don’t care of the person just the sale 5 star to this place of excellence 👍

I honestly couldn't be any happier with the service at Marshall Vauxhall- the whole team bounce of each other, its so comforting. You can always guarantee the right deal, at the right price and they will not take a penny of you unless they are adamant that they have got you what is right for YOU! I can not praise the whole team anymore if i tried, even though you essentially buy a car from one person they all play a part, whether its making me a tea, interacting with my children, its just an enjoyable experience and so stress free- Rory and Kris are so genuine, the sales guys are so clued up and it feels relaxed- Rory said to me he prides himself and his staff on not being the 'pushy dealership' and he wasn't wrong- i felt respected and listened to and cant thank them all enough. *****

Marshall Vauxhall in Thurmaston are excellent. Sent an email enquiry at 10pm about needing a new rear wiper arm for my Astra. By 9am the next day I had a call back to confirm they had the part and the cost of it. Thomas in the Parts department was really speedy and I was home within the hour with my new part. Thanks!

Ignored from the moment we arrived. All hiding out of the rain (visibly so). It's a shame really as we came to look at two specific cars but couldn't get any help. Happy to take my money elsewhere if that is the level of service. Arriva couldn't do enough to help, considering one of two cars there as a result.
