It's a shame that the meet and greet guy spoke little English. Fair enough But for his mate to keep popping by. Chatting in their own language. That I do mind.Most employers discourage it. The times his mate kept popping back for a chat - they obviously weren't busy. But my car service was fine. Just the principle of. That he'll never learn English if he doesn't get used to speaking it. The NHS absolutely discourages it.
Akthar {Sales controller} .. is very much on point. Very welcoming with all knowledge of the car, will be recommending Watford Way to others. Left here feeling forfilled and happy with my choice

We purchased a Nissan Juke from Jacob. The service was fantastic. He kept me informed and updated all the time, and he went above and beyond to ensure the handover was smooth as possible. The Sales Manager Paris also introduced himself before we collected the car. I fully recommend Nissan Mill Hill. Thank you once again Jacob and Paris.
I was helped by Todor at the Mill Hill branch, he advised me and helped me from the minute I walked in the showroom. He made sure I got what was suitable for me and my family and most importantly he called me every week to update me on the progress of the car. He tried his best and my car was ready 2 months before the handover and I got my keys exactly 4 weeks after placing the order, am very grateful to him and his services and how he handled my stress and took care of my struggle in this cold winter he managed to put me back on the road within 4 weeks amazing.
Only went to look at the qashqai and met Paris Clark who was brilliant. He showed us different options and was very helpful in helping me choose the right car for me. Even other colleagues were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you Paris
We purchased a Nissan Qashqai from here. It was the only car we looked at and bought it straight away without even considering looking anywhere else. This was hugely because of the helpfulness and patience of Diini, a great salesman. He was extremely supportive, responsive to emails and phone calls. He helped us throughout the entire process and kept reassuring us about our decision.
