We are return customers to this dealership. The two employees we dealt with regarding our Skoda Scala were Steve Elliott and Kyle Holdsworth. Steve dealt with us on our first vehicle purchase and did so throughout this one aswell from initial telephone call to sale completion. He was straight forward and understood our needs, discussing the options before sorting the sale. Kyle was responsible for the vehicle handover. He ensured all our needs were dealt with and that we understood everything about the car. The car was beautifully presented. Both guys were personable, smartly presented and represented the D M Keith brand excellently. We would certainly buy from this dealership for a third time. Thanks for helping us buy this car.
I just bought Honda civic from Skoda dealership in Leeds. Nick Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable, talked me through whole deal, answered all my questions, even took me to the hotel and picked me up next the morning. Car I purchased is faultless after first 500 miles. Little issue with a second key Nick resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I couldn’t recommend him and Škoda Leeds enough.
Callie-Jo is brilliant sales person. Speedy goes the extra mile, answers all questions to best of her ability, and isn’t afraid to say she’s not sure and ask someone else who may know, and then immediately proceed to go and find out. Car has been absolutely amazing so far, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process of the purchase! Got my new car from Skoda Hull on 25th May. John had covered the car for a big unvail for me and the family which was amazing, thank you John. John was so friendly and very polite through the whole hand over, he even when through the setup and some features of the car which i loved. I didnt get the original car i picked but this cat that Mike the manager got for me was a suprise for me. I would recomment Skoda to anyone who askes me. John was down to earth and had the time to talk and answerall my questions.

Had a brilliant experience with nick on the sales side, there wasn’t anything he didn’t do to help and he even picked me up the same day I called to view a car and sourced me one to receive within a week. Really amazing new car with tons of gadgets that you didn’t even know you needed and now can’t live without. I would definitely keep using Škoda for all my future cars
Where to start with this review, having been someone who is a regular car purchaser and have done so from all over the country, I can only say that this purchase has been the best one ever. I first approached D.M. Keith after viewing a car on the internet and being 400 miles away was blown away by the service supplied by the salesman Nick Hunter. After a detailed description of the vehicle and a discussion regarding my trade in I was very pleased with the deal. With it being month end a lot of cars were being prepared at the dealership but Nick kept me informed of the progress of the preparation of the car so as I wouldn’t have had a wasted trip down. The services available from the company were clearly presented and in all a very pleasant experience. This was then followed up by a courtesy chat with the branch manager who enquired if everything had been clearly explained and if I had any issues to give them a call. A courtesy call was then received the following day to make sure I was happy with the car of which I’m delighted. I should also mention the price. This was by far very competitive and I would have no concern about anyone using this company to deal with especially the Škoda one in Leeds. Thank you Nick for a 1st class service
