The best surgery and best doctors and nurses and best staff

All the doctors here are very nice with the exception of Dr Tanveer, he is so damn rude. The best doctor is Dr Emma Chacravaty, she listens to everything you have to say and makes right diagnosis, even goes the extra mile to help you in other ways possible. I agree some of the reception ladies are rude - especially the indian one but there are a few nice ones. One star less because some days the waiting time is ridiculusly long other days you get seen on your appointment time or near enough

Doctors are great... If you actually get to see them!!!!! Reception staff are rude and unprofessional, constantly making you feel worse about yourself and refusing to provide any help! Their idea of urgent is 2 weeks in the future and even then it's a struggle to fit you in... Leslie is the only one who would provide a name and of all of the staff, I would say she is the rudest! Spent 10 minutes on the phone with me telling me she is too busy to ask the doctor and that he is "funny" about helping in an urgent situation... Reception staff also blamed me for running low on essentials and needing a repeat prescription? Staff need training on how to talk to patients as each experience is incredibly bad and can make you feel worse when feeling ill

Staff always 100% helpful and friendly, always professional. Doctors are very good and will always seem to go the extra mile. Only negative I find is the lack of parking available.
