I Have always found that the reception staff do all they can to find an appoint. Not their fault if the appointments have all gone. It is the system that allows people to queue up outside the surgery. Older people and vey poorly people cannot queue up, so the only way that they can get through is by telephone, but due to all the people in the queue taking not only the appointments but also the time of the reception staff people are unable to get through.

Very difficult to book an appointment. I just waited over 35 mins to try and get through. I finally got to number 1 in the queue and was cut off. This isn't the first time this has happened. Appalling!!

Started ringing the surgery at 08.00 and finally on th 87th call I got through, after spending 7 minutes at no 2 on the waiting list and 14 minutes at no 1 on the waiting list was told no appointments left. Bearing in mind the lines were down for over half an hour I find this hard to believe. Very disappointed and angry.
