Been with this surgery for around 20 years, the only reason I haven’t changed is because of how easy it is for me to get to. Literally couldn’t imagine a worse GP. Always had problems with this place but now they’ve reall out the icing on the cake by requesting for me to take time off work to book and appointment for the same day, as you’re unable to book future appointments in advance. I really really can’t afford to take time off work but I’ve had to nonetheless, called in at 8:00 only to be told they’ll contact me within 6 weeks to give me an appointment! Absolutely ridiculous, thank you very much castle street.

Booking appointments is tedious and full of faffing about. They say to call from 8am but you can't get through for at least half an hour. Mucked up my prescription on one occasion and weren't very caring about it. They don't call back at the time they said they would. I would not recommend this surgery at all.

Service is good and Doctors are doing their job nicely. Especially Dr Abbas Zaidi. But i must mention the reception employee are very ill mannered and rude to the patience. They need to improve their day to day behavior.  They must not forget you are in NHS.

This 1 star is too much for such kind of unproffesional staff and system. They are incomponent to make an appointment on phone. You have to call fm 8.00 am to get an appointment but it is occupied till 9.00 am. After 9.00 they are fully booked. This is kidding on sick people. And those are not doctors they are profiteers, I think. Otherwise they would care on their patientes and would fire this arrogant receptionist and would change their inhumane system.  Hippocratic oath is a joke for such kind of doctors... Humanity is made by humans! Not by such animals!

40year patient terrible doctors very unprofessional very rude from secretarial staff to the doctors care is very low time with patient none exsistant understanding of patients needs very poor my parents of 50 years have left this surgery due to missed illnesses resulting in major operations castle street surgery is a shambles very oor quality of care lower than a 1*
