Dr Shah is a snake. My mum was not well so I moved her in with me. I called the doctor out to the house as she was unwell to travel to the doctor's surgery. The next day the nurse called me asking me to come and change the address. And she called again can you come and change the address. And she called a third time can you come and change the address. So I said ok I will come straight away I was a bit confused thinking what's the urgency? Then about a month later my mum had a heart attack so I rang the doctors surgery. The receptionist told me I'm sorry we can't help you as you've changed the address and we are no longer in your catchment. I was devastated as I knew the nurse personally and couldn't believe that she and doctor Stabbed me in the back. I don't want to speak about the nurse because she is no longer with us but I was very hurt as I helped her and her family many times. As for Dr Shah he not a Dr I true Dr would never do what he did
Absolutely the best surgery ever, they have done more for me in 6 months than other surgeries did in 15 years, the receptionists are excellent always polite and helpful, and Dr.D Shah and Dr R Shah are both extremely brilliant doctors, they listen and they do what they say they will do, all the other staff at the practice that I have had dealings with, nurse, pharmacist, HCA etc. are all caring and easy to talk too, and in my experience all these things are very rare nowadays, I can't praise this surgery enough they really are the very very best.
I cannot believe how distasteful the women on reception is. I called up to register and explained everything on the phone and I was told I just need to come and grab a form and fill it up. When I did turn the women I. Reception didn’t even bother to listen and just went on to say we cannont take you here like I am some kind of dog. No explanation nothing. I understand staff can be overwhelmed but this was really rude and disrespectful
I have been a patient here for many years. They are always helpful and understanding towards all patient enquiries.
Highly recommend the original Dr Shah, lovely man. First doctor I’ve actually felt has really cared & been so supportive and helpful with my mental health. Receptionists are usually also very friendly and helpful other than one lady. Only complaint would be waiting times are sometimes a little long and you can’t pre book appointments you have to ring up early morning to book and a lot of the time then you are unable to get an appointment that day because they are fully booked up even sometimes for emergency appointments. Changed to this surgery about 3 years ago as could not make advance or same day appointment at previous one. Pastures way surgery is excellent. Never have trouble getting appointment, reception staff and doctors are all polite, helpful and friendly. Recently, my daughter was poorly, rang surgery and described symptons. They said to bring her down straight away, doctor saw her immediately and she had to go to hospital that day as needed operation. A couple of days later, the GP called me to find out how she was. I don't think many GP's would follow up like that. My husband and I are extremely pleased we changed to this surgery. Staff at all levels are always helpful and courteous.

Stressful - very hard to get medical help - you are only allowed one appointment for one issue per day. I had three medical issues I have to make 3 appointments over three days. This does not help with taking time off work and trying to look after a child. A place where you go for help you will come out of it more stressful. 2021-05-17 There assisted help services and advice has improved well. Rating changed to a well deserved 5 star
Cannot praise Dr Shah and his team enough.. for support and safety plan for my daughter. As a professional keyworker i understand how services can be overlloke and not appreciated enough when heling others...Well Done
Worse experience ever. Reception staff is helpful but doctors are not. They need more doctors in surgery then reception staff. Need to replace Dr. Bisi with someone sensible and professional doctor. I really stopped going to surgery just because of her. Need to registered me and my family somewhere else in luton.
