From the past 3 years they refused to see my daughter every time when we call them. She is 3 years old and she was vomiting every 40 minutes and they refused to see her. They never pick up the phone. One of my friend came at home for few days. He was feeling very bad and he was vomiting. We call the GP that we are registered to see if they can help but they refused to see him. He was vomiting a lot. The next day he took a flight back to his country and the doctor told him that he has hepatitis. This is absolutely embarrassing. The poor guy was vomiting 2 days. If you looking for Doctor services never go to this clinic. The best thing is to buy a ticket to another country where you can find properly service. I’m very disappointed. They have to close this clinic.

Been asking couple of time to see a GP for my ingrown toenail and every time I've been told to calls next morning....which I have done. In mean time my toenail develop spur and needed to rush to a&e to get it done. Rude receptionist!!

Absolutely shocking registered with them and was de registered by them 6 weeks later so registered again and the same happened , they never returned my calls about why they deregistered me nothing good to say about this practice

Worst GP practice ever! No appointments on the near horizon. No way of getting to be seen by a doctor for prescription.They don't even deserve one star!! Shame on you manager whom never replies to complaints. Should be closed permanently!

So disappointed with this surgery. You cannot get any appointments. if your lucky you'l get one after 3/4weeks or they tell you to call every morning for cancellations. Even if you tell them its an emergency they say to call again the next day. Just horrible! However the doctors working there are good.
