I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for one of your employees who recently joined the gym. I have been a regular visitor to your facility for the past six years, with some breaks, but I always return because I highly value your gym. Currently, I work out six times a week, and every time I come in, I see this gentleman working.nnI want to emphasize that I have never encountered such a dedicated employee before. Everything is always organized and clean, which shows that he genuinely cares about the gym. His commitment and diligence are truly commendable. In my opinion, he is a true gem and deserves special recognition, if not a bonus.nnIn the six years I have been coming here, I have never seen anyone who puts so much heart and effort into their duties. I am sure his attitude positively impacts all gym users and makes us want to come back.nnWith gratitude,nnBeata
Disappointing Treatment of Children with Additional Needs at this centrennI've been taking my son to this leisure center for years, since he was 3, and unfortunately, the service towards parents of children with additional needs is unacceptable. The staff lacks basic customer service skills and clearly does not know how to communicate with parents in a respectful and supportive manner. Worse still, there seems to be discrimination against children with additional needs, which is incredibly disheartening.nnThe tone in which staff speak to parents is condescending and rude. My son has been treated differently due to his needs, and I've personally been spoken to in a belittling manner. One staff member in particular, Tamara, showed no professionalism whatsoever. Her attitude is disrespectful, and she clearly lacks the skills needed to work in a family-friendly environment like this. Her poor customer service and unprofessional behavior are a major issue, and it reflects badly on the entire facility.nnIt’s unfortunate because the leisure center itself is nice, but the staff they hire ruin the experience. I hope management seriously reconsiders their approach to customer service, especially for families of children with additional needs, as this place has great potential if it weren’t for the staff's negative attitudes.
Amazing! Me and my class had a school trip here and it was so good, very cold, teachers were telling me what to do, but it was so cool! I really like this place, Best swimming area to go to go here right now, 5 stars definitely!!
Spacious and modern facilities. The indoor heated pool is clean and well organized. There are two pools, one for fitness swimming and one for leisurely swimming. The fitness one is divided to slow, medium and fast lanes as well as lanes for swim school. Changing rooms and showers are numerous, spacious and equipped with lockers, hair dryers. It's certainly a great initiative.
It’s a great place to go and made for all ages.nIt’s got swimming pool, climbing area, soft play area, trampolines,… plenty of activities plus a little cafe and sitting area.nIssues: water isn’t ever warm enough in the swimming pool or shower, therefore you don’t last longer than 40 minutes there. Also reception as never seem to have enough people there and you can queue for a little bit.nPros: it’s clean, tidy, almost brand new centre.
