Reception was amazing. Rooms where not bad maybe not up to the standard you would expect from a Jurrys in hotel. Shower head didn't work properly. Gym was not great machines needing repair or replaceing. Could do with a make over. Staff friendly on check in. Great location for the city center just a few mins walk
The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were great. The room was fine but could have been better. The hairdryer barely worked and stopped working after 2 minutes. It looked like it had partially melted so should definitely have been replaced. The water for the shower wasn't quite warm enough and kept changing temperature
Stayed for the weekend brilliant hotel lovely rooms comfy beds. Staff are hard working. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice bars around the hotel. We had a great weekend.
On arriving me met millie at the reception desk. She was so friendly with a lovely smile. Made us feel so relaxed. She was so professional and chatty while she checked us in. I haven't had customer service like this for years. Thank you millie, you have made our day.
