Had am excellent time here this weekend. Our room was superb spotless and the good lady loved the bathroom size.nSelect of coffee pods teas and other coffee in the room.nThe only issue was trying to get a coffee later at the bar, not just myself but many others asked and we're told no as they stop serving hot drinks after midnight.nOverall absolutely fantastic staff and hotel. The Head guy sorting out the breakfast list went above and beyond to help us.
The room itself is lovely with white company toiletries.. Good coffee machine and tea / coffee selection.nHowever , the room is not soundproofed and so can be very noisy from hallway traffic and neighbours. Luckily I brought ear plugs so that helped.nStaff are very helpful and friendly.nThe breakfast was fabulous with a great selection including a freshly made omelette cooked to order.nVery central location.
So only 2 starsnRoom was nice comfortable with coffee tea water and even a biscuit.nBreakfast was £15 and was oknnCheck-in was one of the worst service I’ve ever hadnI realise the official check-in is at 3pm but after a flight from Spain and train from London I arrived at 2.15pm.nThe desk ladies are brain washed into saying ‘come back at 3 as the rooms aren’t ready’nWHY CAN’T THEY CHECK ON THE SYSTEM FIRST ??OR BOTHER TO ASK THE CLEANING TEAM Which they didn’t .. Just come back later.nThere was no one cleaning the rooms on my floor when I got there .nOther hotel chains will check you in if rooms are available, they will check first !!! It’s easy and helpful and good service.nI spoke to the lady who was cleaning the rooms on the floor when I left and she stated the majority of rooms are cleaned and ready by midday !!!nYour front desk service has let you down and I will never stay in this hotel againnI’ve booked Leonardo hotels in other cities and due to your rubbish policy I’ve cancelled them
Great hotel stay!nThe showers are incredible.nJust a 5 minute walk from the Utilita Arena and a 10 minute walk from some great restaurants!nnService was friendly and the beds very comfortable - would happily return!nnI noted a 4 on the room because it’s carpeted I hate carpets although it’s the norm in the UK and the amenities were quite hidden.
I just want to thank the team at Leonardo Hotel. We trialled this year booking a number of meeting rooms. They have been excellent from communication to support on the day. I also want to personally thank several people who I didn't get the names of all of. Firstly to Andrew who was very polite, extremely hardworking and ensured we were ok. I can't remember the ladies name but she was really helpful every time especially ensuring lunch for our delegates have gone smoothly for a number of our bookings. Credit to the catering team for putting a lovely hot buffet every time. The accomodation was also very good with comfortable beds. The location is great with onsite parking. We will be booking here again throughout 2026.
