Absolutely loved the hotel. From the moment we booked, the service was fantastic. Got a call from them asking if we had any questions and to ask the reason for our stay. As it was my wife's birthday, we were surprised with cupcakes in the room! What a treat the hotel is well located for all local amenities. The shower was incredible! I could've stayed in it all day, and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely stay here again!
Rooms were lovely apart from the ballbearing and broken glass in the bed which I fortunately noticed before getting in, but the guy on reception dealt with that perfectly really clean and comfortable.nThe bar was an absolute rip off, and I had paid them before she actually told me the price so was too late nReception staff were really lovely, as were restaurant staff in the morning for breakfast.nOverall a great, but not perfect, stay, thank you
Stayed here on a business trip in 2023. Was a very modern, spacious hotel with great amenities. The room itself had a coffee machine which was a major bonus. Would not recommend the bar area downstairs, as the service was very slow. However, there were some fantastic members of staff in the lobby area.
We just had a lovely overnight at this great hotel.nGreeted on arrival with a glass of bubbles was just the start of this relaxing stay.nSmack bang in the heart of Birmingham city center with a multi storey car park for ease made this this the perfect choice. Great rates and a lovely clean, comfortable and modern room made this a great stay and a place i would stay at over and over again.
The location is great. Walkable to everything. The rooms are varied and nice. It is nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the ambiance is warm and inviting. There is just one thing to note,nno microwave exists to be used easily by guests. All in all a good hotel, the guest services especially work very hard at the front desk to get things right.
