Dorota at the front desk is a true gem of this hotel! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a genuine smile and incredible warmth.nnThanks to her wonderful help and dedication, my daughter and I felt so deeply cared for throughout our entire stay. Dorota constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and she kindly initiated warm, friendly conversations that instantly brought a smile to our faces. She is extremely empathetic, patient, and professional.nnHer exceptional service is a true benchmark of hospitality at the highest level. Thanks to Dorota, we are leaving with wonderful memories.
Stayed here last night as was seeing my daughter and her partner for her birthday.nI was a little unsure of what it would be like based on the price but I was really pleased.nReception staff so helpful, attentive and friendly, they knew who I was when I arrived as we were all on the same booking and they gave us rooms next to each other.nRoom was not massive but spotlessly clean. Firm comfy bed with crisp white linen. 2 big white bathsheets for the bathroom.nNo kettle but an ironing room downstairs and options for drinks. Little Morrisons over the road for anything you might need.nGreat check out time, 12.00 and a 15 minute walk back into town.nWill definitely stay here again. Great value and spotlessly clean. Cannot beat it for the price! Thanks
Great value for money, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, within easy reach of Birmingham city centre—only about a 15-minute walk away.nnIt’s also easy to get to by car, and the hotel has its own parking, which costs £10 for 24 hours. Alternatively, there is free parking available on the main street outside the restricted hours. The only restriction is from 11am to 12pm, when the spaces are reserved for permit holders.nnOverall, a comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced place to stay. I would happily stay here again.
Got at the hotel around 12pm got told we had to wait till 3pm fair enough they don’t have a waiting room they tell you to go to the mailbox which is a 10-15 minute walk when we got into our room I have a 16 year old child that’s supposed to sleep on a bunk bed? We had to take the mattress off and put it on the floor as my teen was too scared to climb to the bed. The room is so cramped and small the bathroom is so small enjoy the cramped space! No kettle in the room or tea bags thought that was a bit off no extra pillows in the room The AC didn’t seem to accept any other temperature than 19 degrees. No TV remote for the TV. Thank god it’s only one night we stayed if you are going on your own I think this is perfect but no never want to come here again honestly a prison night for 3
As soon as I walked in was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, especially a lady who's name I believe started with D with a European accent, apologies can't remember it, but she was fantastically polite and helpful.nThe room is perfectly suited for cheap stays where you purely need a bed and a shower and arent dependant on hours of amusement in the room itself, it isn't a Luxury suite but it absolutely serves its purpose as a base point to sleep and freshen up.nnTold the staff not to worry about room service as was only there 3 nights and was barely in the room but they still attended and made the bed which was nice.nHot water, microwave, coffee machine, vending machine, pool table downstairs, lots of shops within 10 mins walk, if I'm in the area again would definitely stay again, quality to price ratio is ideal.
