Very pleasant staff and a lovely interior. The outside of the building betrays the looks inside. The rooms were fairly standard but clean and bright so nothing to complain about. The cafe/bar was comfortable and the food in the resteraunt was very good. Free WiFi and nice staff made it an enjoyable stay.

A nice hotel with contemporary decor, good sized modern bedrooms and clean bathroom. Dining is Marco Pierre White with tasty reasonably priced meals. The bar area is welcoming, spacious and a wide variety of drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Minibus runs every 30 minutes to and fro between the hotel and Birmingham International station, with link to the airport.

Nice hotel, good quiet pool and reasonable fitness club. I was the only person in the pool both nights. Not a massive pool but enough for a good workout and good to have it too myself. Fitness room a bit busier but again reasonable - bike, cross trainers, treadmills, multi-gym and free weights. (Guess you can see my priorities for a business hotel are, especially as I spend so much time in them!) Good breakfast too with excellent porridge.
Only disappointment was the Marco Pierre White American Italian Restaurant. Nothing wrong with it but I was expecting something special and it wasn't.
I think this hotel will become one of my regular haunts while working in Birmingham but I'll bring my own food!

Good location and easy to get to. Parking usually crowded but quite bit. Good place for business/social meetings, although the food could be better.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. Very close to airport and decor was modern and clean . Food was good in restaurant both in the evening and at breakfast . Would happily stay again.
