Best b&b I’ve stayed in in a long time. So warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I’m only sorry I wasn’t very well during my stay and couldn’t get the benefits of breakfast x

Great place, friendly owners. Very clean rooms, comfortable too. Breakfast is also good and there are dogs, which is always a plus

You will not find a more welcoming place in the UK. Nothing is too much trouble. Spotless rooms, cozy and comforting environment. Delicious breakfast. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we’ve stayed at luxury retreats. Thank you, we will be back!

Lovely little B&B in the outskirts of Birmingham. The owners are 2 of the nicest people I've met. Fantastic service, cheap rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic service - truly lovely hosts and a nice room plus a great breakfast. Catered for my disabled relative very well and we all had a delicious proper English breakfast. Couldn’t recommend it more.
