I stayed here for the Spa and Dine package with a friend.nIt was our first time staying here and we had a lovely nights stay.nThe main part of the hotel is beautifully decorated but the corridors and rooms are quite outdated which slightly lets it down.nWe both had a full body massage by Joanna who was brilliant, 10/10! We wasn't able to get our spa treatments at the same time so this meant we weren't actually able to relax and use the spa facilities together, especially as access was from 3pm. I feel if you're a paying guest and have a spa package that you should be able to access it earlier to make the most of your stay.nFood was very tasty and well presented at dinner and breakfast.nOverall we had a lovely stay but please update the rooms :
Absolutely amazing place to stay, very accommodating for all your needs. The menus cater for all dietary requirements and the spa was very nice, the gardens are very well kept and the grounds keeper Carl was very informative about the woods and gardens he keeps very well presented, and even took the time to take the pics I've posted on the review. Thank you all you a lovely stay, would highly recommend.
I recently spent an afternoon at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, my party was warmly greeted at the bar by Leah, who provided excellent service and guided us seamlessly towards our afternoon tea. Once there, Claire and Jessica took care of us with the utmost professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every detail was perfect. The level of service we received was outstanding, making our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Moor Hall to anyone seeking a refined and relaxing experience. We look forward to returning soon.
This afternoon we visited your hotel for a celebration afternoon tea, we were greeted by Claire, who showed us to our table, and took our order for tea. Claire was very pleasant, and helpful. Claire bought out afternoon tea, and asked if we needed anything else. Claire left us to enjoy this, she came and checked on us, several time's. We didn't finish everything and said she would fetch a box, so we could take it home. I would like to give Claire five star's, for making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Claire from Mr & Mrs Di Vito
The staff were all helpful & without exception lovely. The carvery was first class. Service excellent & prompt. Finding the venue was a bit of an exercise & the car park not large enough. My only dissapointment was my rabbit hutch of a single room which had a couple of issues.
