Poor service, receptionists are rude and always try to boast that they have great staff who do their very best.. yet they often pick up the phone and put it down out of sheer laziness. They often get argumentative when you have a problem with their service... Always forget to prescribe your medication no matter what you tell them. They recently deregistered me without my consent or knowledge and left me without access to my repeat prescription. I'm actually glad they did this because I won't have to deal with these clowns again.
Hi. my name is roger flanagan..flat 9 oronsayhouse oransay road leicester. i am conserned about my tablets being taken off of me for no good reason! i have been down to the health centre to sort this problem out with a doctor twice.but cannot get past the receptionist.i have not had any tablets since last sunday..i have only got my heart spray to help me at the moment...can you please advise me what i can do?? many thanks...mr r flanagan.
