Doctors usually say that any symptoms are ok and you gonna get well soon. Not really helpful. THE WORST RECEPTIONISTS IN THE WORLD ARE IN THE MORNING, I better die than ring them,come and see their faces or talk... so rude to every single one, I managed to hear them whilst was waiting for a doctor

It is all but impossible to get an appointment. The surgery call you in for a "Meds Review" no appointments are available, most are on line and the rest you have to call in at 8am and keep hanging on and on and on and on.......There are only 3 part time doctors, who work one day each. They've lost their one decent female GP. They lose prescriptions, are unable to locate blood test results, blame the patient, blame the pharmacy, for their own shortcomings. They continuously bang on about duty of care when clearly they have no notion of what what this means. It gets progressively worse and since they are now in Administration, I can't see it getting any better. My sympathies are with the patients, good job there are the drop-in clinics.

Really good service and friendly. I've seen the receptionists have to deal with very rude and impatient people, which they dealt with in a calm manner. People are far too critical of the smallest things when it comes to Doctors and the NHS, be grateful for what we have in the UK and support your local GP.

Very poor reception staff are rude and u can never get an appitment it take 15-20 min to get through and when u do get through all the apptments have all gone when told to ring at 8am

hard to get an appoinment everytime i ring.receptionists needs to understand patient's problem as well as the Dr.
