Absolutely trash. You can only be seen regarding one issue at a time. If there service was fast that would not be an issue. Service is awfully slow even when you get an appointment. No one wants to be waiting over 2 hours and they don’t even have the decency to apologise or speed the process but get told to either wait extra or just go home. Easier said when your the one relaxing behind your desk and enjoying your munch. This place needs serious help, if it’s one issue at a time rule then why ARE YOU GUYS SO SLOW THEN? Makes no sense to me if I’m honest!

from what i can tell the sexual health clinic on the 2nd floor seems to have good service but the rest of the health centre seems to be either slow or not very good customer service.

Phone lines are awful and not great service on reception either. As other comments have mentioned, there’s a rude African nurse that appears to be very judging.

Very impressed with this service. I booked in to have my implant changed and was seen on time by an excellent doctor. It was the fastest the procedure has been done and I have come away with a very small mark and minimal bruising and discomfort - a first for me! It just shows how well it was performed. The staff were very helpful and I cannot recommend it enough - we are lucky to have FREE brilliant services like this!

Was really apprehensive about coming to the clinic today based on the reviews but was completely put at ease by the doctor that saw me. I felt it was a very thorough check and would definitely re-visit. Although the waiting time to be seen was an hour, it was completely brushed over by the thoroughness of my check, (and I would rather they give super thorough checks and make people wait). Kind, friendly and helpful.
