This Medical Centre is family owned business and run by a husband who is a doctor and his wife who he has appointed as his receptionist. Generally the surgery has poor customer service and GP treatment and at the waiting area anyone who goes there will experience the poor service provided by the front desk people such as the receptionist whose husband own the surgery who talks down, shouts and redicules patients- mainly those of minority members of the community- a lot of complains has been forwarded to the surgery manager (husband) but the abuser (wife) is protected by the owner (husband) of the surgery hence the complain never taken seriously. Overall I would definitely not recommend this surgery and it is disgraceful to be called a GP surgery and waste of tax payers money.
