rude receptionists, gp gives wrong medicine and always messed around with appointments. The practice manager doesn't know how to deal with complaints & is useless, & is a manger with no passion what so ever to improve for patients. I would not recommend this place including sexual health clinic because all staff have poor skills, and I'm my eyes have failed to provide a high standard quality service. I have been very upset because my kids were very ill and was treated and spoken to very rudely!
