I found them to be a brilliant medical practise. Available appointments for urgent matters, open late on a few days a week and excellent nursing staff for minor problems.

Some receptionist made fun of my look twice (not friendly at all). Very good at appointments times. Good GPs in General. Dr "Mathew" is not very cooperative but has good knowledge. Although I didn't like him at all, he is just OK.

Ladies on reception are rude specially the blond one, she is the most rude person, she don't know anything about being receptionist in gp, she looks like she don't care about anyone who came and need help, her facial expressions showing you clearly that she don't give a f*** about anything, every time when someone from my friends or anyone came and ask for appointment for something, she says that you don't need appointment even when you in pain!!! That's stupid and none professional at all! I don't like coming to gp when she is there seriously!

Hard to ever get appointment, some of the doctors are rude, secretaries divulge and discuss confidential information about other patients openly within the waiting room.

Been there 4 years. Reception staff seem like you are are annoying them by being there. Appointment cancelled too many times. They cancelled a hospital appointment and they still wont tell me why! Stomach pains 2 years and counting!! A vet could do better. Time to find someone else.
