We drove over an hour to get to this garage. We arrived to the salesman on the phone, not even a nod in our direction to greet us. He handed us the key to our car and stayed on the phone. After looking at the car we mentioned it had a bad smell, but that appeared to be the only downside. We asked if he would take us for a test drive. His response was “ well unless you’re sure about buying the car I don’t really want to take you on a test drive “. Wow! Terrible. Won’t be going back. We were serious buyers and promptly left.

Wow! David and Robert are professional, kind and immediately feel like family when you walk into the office. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process was seamless and we had our dream car within 2.5 working days. Thank you both so much, 100% recommendation.

I recently purchased Suzuki Vitara, and it was an excellent experience. Robert was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient throughout the entire process.  They explained the features and benefits of the Vitara in a clear and concise manner, which made it easy for us to understand.  During the test drive, Robert was very patient and provided detailed instructions on how to operate the car. They also answered all the questions we had and took the time to demonstrate the car's features and capabilities.  When it came to the actual purchase, the Robert made the process seamless and stress-free. They explained all the financing options, which helped us make an informed decision.  Overall, I was impressed by the Robert's knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. We left feeling confident and satisfied with their purchase, and I would highly recommend this dealership and Robert to anyone looking to purchase a car.

David Brown Cars are a shining example of how a Professional car dealership should be run. They are extremely professional, courteous , polite and technically aware . Their due diligence on the presentation and description of their cars is superb, and they gave me faultless customer service from start to finish.  David Brown Cars are right up there with the best of them and I thoroughly recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport from David Brown Cars LTD. All interactions were with Robert Brown. Absolutely fantastic service. David and Robert made my experience buying my Mercedes E class cabriolet a dream. Transparent, professional, thorough, warm and welcoming. I brought my BMW 420 from here and the whole experience was easy and stress free, Robert was brilliant. The car was everything as stated in the advert and better, I would give more stars for the service and professional attitude but I can't but i will say this is the best dealer i have delt with in over 20 years of driving. I recently bought a Mercedes SL350 from Robert Brown and the service was excellent throughout. I had a bad experience with another Mercedes a few years ago so was apprehensive about not going through a main dealer but my fears were unfounded after meeting Robert.  I was able to view the car twice and test drive on my own and was not pushed or hurried at any time to speed up the sale. The car was immaculately presented in a safe covid friendly environment. I can highly recommend this company and their attention to detail and would not hesitate to buy a car from Robert again. Thanks very much. Mark Nunns
