We drove over an hour to get to this garage. We arrived to the salesman on the phone, not even a nod in our direction to greet us. He handed us the key to our car and stayed on the phone. After looking at the car we mentioned it had a bad smell, but that appeared to be the only downside. We asked if he would take us for a test drive. His response was “ well unless you’re sure about buying the car I don’t really want to take you on a test drive “. Wow! Terrible. Won’t be going back. We were serious buyers and promptly left.

Wow! David and Robert are professional, kind and immediately feel like family when you walk into the office. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process was seamless and we had our dream car within 2.5 working days. Thank you both so much, 100% recommendation.

The car was everything as stated in the advert and better, I would give more stars for the service and professional attitude but I can't but i will say this is the best dealer i have delt with in over 20 years of driving. I recently bought a Mercedes SL350 from Robert Brown and the service was excellent throughout. I had a bad experience with another Mercedes a few years ago so was apprehensive about not going through a main dealer but my fears were unfounded after meeting Robert. I was able to view the car twice and test drive on my own and was not pushed or hurried at any time to speed up the sale. The car was immaculately presented in a safe covid friendly environment.
