I filled in the form on the website on a Sunday, they phoned me on Wednesday, I gave all my details and explained my credit rating was poor and I had negative equity in my current vehicle, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and I would be called back in an hour. I called them back the next day after it was obvious no one was going to call me, I gave them my details and was told I had a few declines but I had one company that had reffered the application and I would be called the next day with the decision, nobody bothered to contact me and I didn't bother to phone them. All in all a very unprofessional attitude from the staff, no chance of getting any commission so what's the point of following up

Well what can I say. A bunch of bullies. Promise you everything, tell lies, say things have been done to the car when they haven't. Rude, cocky, arrogant, act like they have a real great job, they are just little sales reps who get a small bonus if they con people like us to buy their crappy cars. Once you buy from them they don't care they don't want to help no more. They are nothing but a load of liars who will say and do anything for a little bit extra on top of their wages.
