First off the members of staff were the most friendliest and helpful of any hotel I've stayed at before, who were calm and okay with our very late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of supplies in the room. (kettle, hair dryer etc). The breakfast provided was good as well. There was only really two negatives in which we never received our phone call to wake us up meaning we were a bit late to our event and that the WiFi randomly disconnected. But overall it was a great stay, will be staying there again :)

min walk away from the Genting Arena, Train Station and Airport. Staff are really helpful. Free hot drinks from the restaurant all day. Buffet style cooked and/or Continental Breakfasts, also Tea/Coffee facilities in room. Rooms are simple with most of what you will need for a short stay. Hairdryer in room, lovely, firm, comfy bed. Reasonable sized TV, nicely decorated. This is our 2nd stay here, and would definitely come again.

A good place to stay overnight when going to the  NEC or Birmingham airport. Decently sized rooms with small TV, movable tables at the sides of the beds and a small sofa. Maybe slightly outdated design, but everything looked nice and clean on arrival. Great staff at reception, gave loads of information on how to reach NEC and were extremely nice. Breakfasts are included in all of the room fares. Decent selection of hot foods, however they could improve on their cold breakfast offer as it was pretty scarce. Overall a reasonable choice if you want to stay extremely close to the NEC overnight with an included breakfast . Worth its price.

Really nice desk staff even though me and my partner arrived late he was still chatty, welcoming and attentive. By the morning me and my partner stayed in late and missed room service/bed making but we found that the domestic staff had left a package of fresh towels and tea bags for us which was nice as we have another two nights there but so far it has been pleasant. The breakfast is lovely, scrambled and poached eggs as well as all the standard beans and cereal choices. All taste lovely the dining area is clean and again the staff are lovely and very calm, I stayed reading a book and didn't feel harassed to leave. Great
