Great hotel, manager is nice. Rooms are very clean! Breakfast is a all you can eat! Dinner is great. All in all, its a great big hotel. (Little tip: If you like photography bring your camera, there is purple and white lights outside at night!) All in all, great hotel.

Visited the NEC and needed to stay overnight. Premier Inn was chosen as it was just around the corner, about 2 miles. Booked a disabled room, as a wheelchair user. Staff were excellent, eager to please without being over the top. The room was large, well equipped with the usual stuff you'd expect. The layout was suitable for a wheelchair user. The bathroom had suitable grab rails and the toilet was a good height. Personally, I found the bed a little bit too low, but it was an excellent size and was very comfortable. As a disabled room maybe a grab rail on the side of the bed would have nice, but I managed. Breakfast was excellent, varied and serving staff were very helpful. Only negative was that the room could have been a little cleaner. It was ok, but tea stains on skirting board by side of bed and dirty window sills, let the overall effect down. I would go there again, good value.

No pedestrian access to the NEC. There has been a section of fence kicked through so you can cut across a service area, not too safe though.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy. Couldn't rent an ironing board and had to book for dinner reservations since they don't have the capacity they need. The dinners were good and the breakfast was average. Much better food than a majority of what was available at the NEC.

great hotel if you are visiting Birmingham NEC, just a 10min walk over the back fence. rooms where excellent clean, breakfast was good. parking spaces were a bit tight. but would stay again...

Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are modern and well furnished, the staff are lovely, and the all you can eat breakfast is excellent and kept topped up. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing.
