Spent a couple of days at this hotel whilst we were working at the NEC. Staff were friendly, especially the manager! Who was very attentive to our needs. The dinner during the evening was very good, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms are simple but nice. Only issue I had was my bathroom was a wet room which meant water seeped everywhere and I was showering in a huge puddle. Also the location isn't the best, you have to drive or take a cab, and there are no shops close by.

For some reason, we were given a disabled room. Twin, we asked for double, and a wet room. The floor in the wet room was sloped and the water just stayed on the floor, very slippery. Our party was also split over 2 floors, even though there was only 3 of us, and our son was also given a disabled room. No air con so had window open and being next to main road into Birmingham and the airport, was very noisy. The staff were lovely though.

Comfy beds, friendly and fast check in. Breakfast is £8.25 for full English or £5.25 for continental. I had full English, it was fine and filled me up for the day, no complaints really. There were a few stag dos at the hotel which meant it was a little noisy at night but nothing ear plugs couldn't drown out.

Pleasant enough for an airport Hotel. However, the staff were all wonderful, so helpful and nothing too much trouble . I must especially mention receptionist Tina, a lovely lady who went out of her way to help us with travel into Birmingham centre. Thank you

Good, clean room. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Check-in is at 3pm - I got there at 10am and had to wait.. the food is above-average for hotels and they also have a good bar. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the beds are real stiff. I honestly slept on the floors for 3 nights (out of 7) because it offered my back more relief.
