This is a budget hotel so that's exactly what you get. The room was clean and big and the staff was very nice. What I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't get some water or soft drinks from anywhere but the bar in the hotel. I asked for water and I wanted a big bottle and the girl there told me she will be give me to small bottles since I get more water for less money. Well as it turns out I paid 4 pounds for 660 ml of water when I could've paid 4 for 1 l. Its not about the money just about the lying I don't like.

Very good value in a very very convenient location - just a short walk or shuttle train ride from airport or train station - all in same complex. Has bar n pizza parlour in ground floor but other eateries nearby. Rooms area bit utilitarian but comfortable and big enough. Easy check in and out. Be sure to find little coffee room on first floor for complimentary hot drinks.

The team are incredibly friendly and helpful and even booked us a taxi in the morning. However the rooms are basic and don't have tea/coffee making facilities. There is a room on the first floor where you can make yourself a cuppa. But not quite the same as having your own facilities. The rooms are budget as stated in the title of the hotel but the price isn't. We could have stayed at the Holiday Inn express for the same price.

No shampoo or tooth paste but free coffee and tea and breakfast. Fairly normal hotel otherwise. Rooms have 1 large bed and then a bunk bed directly above the big bed at 90 degrees to the bed. Shower is a standing shower and fine to use. Toilet is also good to use. Quick check in however there is a charge for early check ins. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make sure there is a good experience

Staff is friendly and helpful. I really messed up my checkout time and they were really understanding. Rooms are basic, but that's why it's called a budget hotel. Strange how people seem to miss that detail. The only downside was the keycards. Something around the airport or NEC is causing them to malfunction. This means I had to have mine fixed almost every time I entered the hotel. Luckily it only takes a few seconds.
