of us with one person in an accessible room. Rooms are good, bright and clean. Only negative was the accessible room was difficult for a wheelchair users to open the door for. Have been in Holiday Inn Express before with power assisted door which was an amazing help. Staff both morning and night have been truly cheerful, polite and genuinely happy to help in any way. Not seen that good in anything less than a higher end hotel for a long time. Would recommend this place in a heart beat

One of the best hotels I have stopped in. The staff was excellent. My little lad sat down and had a little cough one of the receptionist came over with a bottle of water for him. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Comfy bed and very thing was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful.

Warm welcome from the staff at reception and very informative with any queries or directions that you may require. Rooms are spacious and clean. Convenient taxi service from the hotel which is only 5 mins to the NEC. Would definitely use again and great value for money

Nice hotel. Good food. Brilliant disability rooms and adjoining  room. Only problem I found was in the ladies loo. Lack of loo paper  and hand towels dispensed by a machine. One per person. Not good.

Stayed there over night as I was watching a concert at the Genting Arena. Took 40mins to walk from the station yet once there was met by lovely reception staff and successfully booked into the hotel room with ease. 
The room was nice and clean and with comfortable beds, made it a nice place to sleep after a loud night out.
The reception happily booked a taxi to the arena which cost roughly £7. They also offered free breakfast in the morning which had plenty of freshly cooked food.
Overall a really nice hotel and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Birmingham.
