Location is good, Thats it!! Seriously Thats it. The room was pathetic, damp, and overpriced. There was a serious leak issue that had not dried out which bled into a BROKEN plug socket, to be honest I don't have the time to list all of the issues. DO NOT STAY HERE, Rude welcome, etc etc.

Lose boards on floor in bedroom hairdryer to far from mirrors man on desk not helpfull when got ther did not look at me and ignored me till I sed I have room asked for extra coffee sugar and milk just handed me about 40 shashes of sugar as he was in bad mood will not go again breakfast was good.

Bed too smalle for two persons. Everthing was thiny but we had very good Quality foto the price.

Rooms could do with a little updating and maintenance but not to bad really. Also some work on the menu could not go a miss. But I slept all night that's a positive.

Nice clean tidy place, owner querky but nice when you got to know him. Nice breakfast plenty of toast and fruit juice. Only £6 for a taxi to NEC.
