Just spent 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza. Great location, 12 minutes by train into Birmingham New Street. Perfect for NEC and Resort World. Excellent buffet breakfast with first class service from hosts Nikki and Unissa. Will definitely be back but will book one of the refurbished rooms next time.

it was good, the room is clean, all of the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was also really nice too. The room itself wasn’t noisy and comfortable enough. I would like to appreciate how fast the reception work especially to Mr. Ahmed that already working really hard, so keep it up!!

Had a great experience at the hotel bar! The staff was extremely attentive and the manager let me sample a new to me wine. Giving a positive shout to Priyanka, Romina, Sri, and Rupali! Had a great interaction with all four of them, and grateful for their service!

Great family stay here the night before an early flight for our holiday.nnVery friendly and efficient check-in and the same experience on check-out at 5AM - great way to start a long day.nnPlenty of parking when we visited and the location is ideal for the airport and the Resort World complex next door.nnRoom was clean and quiet.nnThanks!

A really great hotel overall with very friendly staff, great service and a nice bar. Breakfast was also really nice too.nnThe bed was also very comfy although subjective and the pillows were very soft. Well sealed room so it wasn’t noisy and lovely AC.nnThe only negative was the cupboard door for the fridge was hanging on for deer life but nothing that affected my stay and using the hotel as a whole. A great option for going to the airport or the NEC
