Hornsey train station is served by Great Northern trains this station has a very small entrance and ticket hall area. There is no disabled access only stairs to the platforms the station is basic and lacks facilities and could do with a major upgrade.
Nice station with good connections to central London Morgate/old street and also up north up to stevenge and Cambridge. Prior exiting the station there a bridge which takes you to turnpike Lane Station and other exit wheres there a bus stop to archway no 41. Also inpost post box.
Fantastic station. There's a bridge that goes over the track, meaning that the trains don't have to stop and let pedestrians pass like in the old days. One of North London's best.nnEdit October 2020: Recently had a secret lap pool installed on the roof on platform 2. Temperatures a touch cold for a crisp Autumn day, but expect queues come summer.
Little island platform just off East Coast Mainline. GT Northern trains, Moorgate to Stevenage. Little shop, very exposed high level bridge. Onsite staff nice. If you want to get a train in Hornsey, I recommend this as the best bet.
Facilities here are pretty rubbish honestly with no step free access to the platforms. Not all stopping trains stop here anymore however, the staff here are absolutely wonderful and polite, giving me a great impression of their customer service.nnThe station has a ticket office, ticket machines and barriers and the staff can assist getting passengers down to the platform with luggage and pushchairs if needed.
