Staff extremely rude. All the comments about the staff is very true. Ive been in homerton for 5 years and really enough is enough. Sitting all day not wanting to bother with anybody but their co-workers. On their phones all day behind the window. One person always out because he or she has to be then they switch, inside must be cozy in the dark. Really trying to avoid using Homerton train station.

Bit of a grim area some of the locals look quite rough. Went to view a room to rent- wouldnt recommend- there are much nicer places in London. Its very cluttered.

Has been going there for Antenatal care. The experience has been great so far, the staff is kind attentive and caring. Place has a proper system.

I only went to Homerton train station which was fine for what it was. There are ramps for any wheelchair users or parents with push chairs. Overall seemed quiet clean.

Excellent customer services provided by the team at this station, polite, friendly and helpful. TFL would do well to send this team out to some of their other stations to train staff how to talk to customers. It's a pleasure to travel through this station.
