Initially I was disappointed that there was no fried chicken, but the bossman behind the till ensured me that he eats the chicken xl every day and loves it. Decided to back him in. Was a touch dry but shoving chippys in the burger gave me that crunch I was looking for. Would give 4.5 stars if I could. 5 star service 4 star food. Would scran again

It’s a real nightmare to travel at busy hours, regular cancellations are quite common, like this time there is 15 min wait time for the next train, the train station it’s not designed to handle at busy hours eventhough it has been opened at the same time as the Westfield shopping station, the designers didn’t account heavy traffic of people travelling, there are not enough sitting places and place looks always dirty, the transport of London… no words

Good restaurants and shopping nearby but crossing over from Underground to Overground is a pain. The station has some amenities but could do with a toilet. The biggest issue though has to be that this station is serviced by the atrocious Southern Rail. They regularly cancel trains or are delayed sometimes for 10-15 minutes causing overcrowding on the far more reliable London Overground. Give TfL this franchise, it would be run far better by them.

Always busy and somehow the gates are not always set up for traffic in and out from the station. Nice and friendly staff though.

Good station, trais to clapham junction or stratford passing through here.
